 No, Jackets would have looked nice in the setting. I thought it was strange also. But when meeting dignitaries one is usually told a dress code...as in its jeans and collared shirt today guys....cause thats how said VIP wants to be seen...in company with cool dudes today  All four are usually co ordinated so its all planned. Not sure what dress code I'll require when they drop in to visit me decisions/decisions Tux maybe  Jeans & Tee?  ?

Maybe they didn't know were they were going too.......I hardly can't imagne, and if they had any dresscode to wear by the president thay should have done it.........but okay it was a beter view if thay had dressed up.
