I am going to the Auckland concert October 2. As of today I still not not received my ticket for the Meet and Greet package (which cost me $866 NZ ). I have a seat number, but no idea of the stage layout. I don't know when I can pick up my ticket. I don't know what time I need to be there.
Ticketmaster say they don't know, the venue does not know. They say Live Nation have not arranged anything for the concert yet and they have no idea when this will be done. The poor organisation is ruining this for me already

Since I'm not attending the same venue as you are, I can't tell you where you can go and pick up your tickets. But the reply I got from LN was that you will be sent an email closer to the concert date, and there will be instructions telling you where to pick up the tickets (IN the venue) on the day of the concert. -------------------- |

)I'm a little confused, because as far as I can see, Meet & Greet Packages are available for New Zealand and Australia HERE .. although it looks as if the NZ ones are all sold out now. The availability of these special packages is, we understand, down to the local promoter in the various countries (not ID management) and where they aren't available, there has still been the opportunity to win a M&G, although the information on the relevant draws isn't issued until much closer to the date of the concert.
